Building upon my work in "Six Books from the Library of L.E. Grothaus," I created an interactive exhibition where participants were invited to sit, read, and rest in an otherworldly space – perhaps the library itself.

My immense gratitude to the McLean Project for the Arts for creating the space for this to exist via a solo show in 2024 – as well as Osvaldo Mesa and Abol Bahadori whose solo shows beautifully juxtaposed mine. Thank you also to Maryland State Art Council for supporting the show that this grew from with a Creativity Grant in 2023. I also delight in taking this opportunity to express my gratitude to Art Enables, particularly Marissa Long, whose support of my work in Green Archives allowed the first three of these books to come into being. Thank you to all the trees and all the humans who have made books and expanded what it means to make books.
